Head of Financial Planning Analysis

We are seeking a Head of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to lead the financial planning and analysis function in a dynamic and rapidly growing environment. This is a high-impact individual contributor role that reports directly to senior finance leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and enhancing the financial forecast model, serving as the analytical backbone for strategic business decisions, and acting as a trusted partner to leadership across various departments. As the organization expands and diversifies its product offerings, the complexity and significance of the FP&A function will increase. This role presents an opportunity to establish a robust, data-driven planning process that informs capital allocation, opportunity evaluation, and growth strategies. Key responsibilities include owning and improving the consolidated financial forecast model, leading the annual budgeting process, producing monthly FP&A reports, and conducting variance analysis. The Head of FP&A will also build scenario models to support strategic initiatives and collaborate with data teams to design financial dashboards. The ideal candidate will have over six years of relevant FP&A or finance experience, exceptional financial modeling skills, and a strong background in cohort-based economics.
