We are looking for an experienced brand marketing leader to guide brand development and market presence for a regulated digital entertainment business in Ontario. This role will shape the overall brand direction, oversee creative output across online and offline channels, and help ensure all activity stays aligned with applicable advertising standards and internal policies. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and outside partners to deliver campaigns that build awareness, strengthen reputation, and support growth.
The position includes planning and coordinating integrated marketing initiatives, managing agency relationships, and leading local promotional activity such as events, partnerships, and experiential programs. A strong understanding of consumer marketing, brand storytelling, and compliant campaign execution is important. You will also collaborate with legal and compliance teams to review messaging and confirm that materials meet regulatory expectations.
Success in this role will be measured through indicators such as brand visibility, audience engagement, share of voice, campaign performance, and the impact of local activations. The ideal candidate brings senior-level brand marketing experience, preferably in a regulated or highly competitive consumer market, along with proven leadership in guiding agencies and delivering multi-channel campaigns. Salary is $180,000 to $220,000. The role is based in Toronto, Ontario, with an in-office work arrangement.
