Guest Services Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced supervisor to support daily guest services operations in a community-focused setting. This permanent full-time role reports to the manager responsible for guest services and involves leading staff, coordinating schedules, and helping ensure services are delivered safely, respectfully, and efficiently. In this position, you will provide day-to-day guidance to team members, support a positive and inclusive work environment, and help maintain consistent service standards. You will assist with staff coaching, onboarding, recruitment activities, shift coverage, timesheet review, and leave tracking. The role also includes participating in performance discussions, helping address issues as they arise, and contributing to meetings and operational planning. When needed, you may support response to urgent or crisis situations. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in a health or human services field, along with several years of relevant experience in a community, social service, or similar environment. Prior supervisory experience is required. Experience working with people facing complex social and health challenges is highly valued, along with strong judgment, professionalism, and the ability to handle sensitive situations with care. Applicants should bring excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills, as well as a collaborative approach and strong attention to detail. A clear conduct record and vulnerable sector screening are required.
