We are seeking a Guest Experience Shift Lead to join our team and help create memorable experiences for our guests. In this role, you will supervise and support front-line staff, ensuring that exceptional service is delivered consistently. You will inspire your team to prioritize guest satisfaction and assist with daily operations, including guest flow and crowd management.
Key responsibilities include training and coaching team members, addressing guest inquiries and concerns, maintaining safety compliance, and stepping into host positions as needed. You will also provide feedback and support staff development while collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, strong customer service and communication skills, and at least six months of experience in attractions, entertainment, or hospitality. A positive attitude, leadership potential, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Additional requirements include the ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs, as well as flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
