This role is responsible for planning, launching, and improving paid acquisition efforts across major digital advertising channels, with the goal of increasing qualified pipeline and supporting overall business growth. You will monitor performance closely, adjust budgets and targeting, and use campaign data to improve conversion rates from lead to opportunity. In addition to paid media, the position includes managing multi-channel lifecycle programs across email, social, and content to nurture prospects and move them through the funnel.
You will work with a small marketing team and partner regularly with sales to improve lead routing, follow-up timing, and overall campaign impact. A key part of the role is maintaining accurate marketing data, refining automated workflows, and supporting the use of marketing and scheduling tools to keep operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate is comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution, using analytics to identify what is working and where improvements are needed. This is a good fit for someone who enjoys building efficient growth programs in a fast-moving environment.
