The Growth Marketing Manager will lead and refine paid acquisition efforts across major digital channels, with a focus on improving lead quality and conversion throughout the funnel. This role also supports broader lifecycle marketing initiatives across email, social, and content, using performance data to shape testing, targeting, and campaign optimization.
Working closely with marketing leadership and sales partners, the manager will help ensure smooth lead routing, strong follow-up processes, and alignment between campaigns and revenue outcomes. The position also involves maintaining marketing automation systems, keeping records accurate, and improving workflows so programs run efficiently.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-moving environment, enjoys using data to guide decisions, and can balance hands-on campaign execution with cross-functional collaboration. Experience with common marketing automation and lead management tools is helpful, along with a strong understanding of paid media, funnel analysis, and lifecycle marketing.
