Group Product Manager

We are seeking a Group Product Manager to lead product direction, execution, and team development within a fast-moving technology environment. In this role, you will shape the product roadmap, make clear prioritization decisions, and help deliver features that create value for both customers and the business. You will work closely with product, design, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer-facing teams to align efforts and keep delivery moving. This position calls for a practical, hands-on leader who is comfortable working with limited information, testing ideas early, and refining plans based on real market feedback. You should be able to balance long-term strategy with short delivery cycles, while keeping the team focused on outcomes rather than process for its own sake. Experience using modern AI tools to explore concepts, build rough prototypes, and validate assumptions is important. You will also coach and develop a team of product managers and designers, helping them grow in ownership, judgment, and collaboration. Part of the role is creating a strong, accountable team culture and making thoughtful resourcing requests when needed. Success in this role depends on strong communication, sound product judgment, and a willingness to stay close to customers and market trends to guide decisions and identify new opportunities.
