General Labourer

We are seeking reliable and safety-minded general labourers to support day-to-day operations in an industrial production environment. This is an on-site position in Canada, and applicants must be legally allowed to work in the country. The role suits someone who is adaptable, comfortable with physical work, and willing to learn on the job. Responsibilities include helping with routine tasks across the facility, supporting production equipment, assisting with start-up and shutdown activities, and helping move materials during loading and unloading. You may also help maintain work areas, support equipment checks, assist with housekeeping, and take part in safety meetings and training sessions. Additional duties may be assigned as needed. The ideal candidate is dependable, team-oriented, and able to follow instructions carefully. Previous experience in manufacturing or industrial work is helpful but not required. Exposure to equipment operation, material handling, or similar environments is an asset. A strong awareness of workplace safety is important. This role involves standing and walking for most of the shift, lifting moderate weights, and working in a busy facility with dust, noise, and changing temperatures. Shift work, overtime, and weekend availability may be required. A pre-employment drug test is part of the hiring process. Basic education is preferred.
