Full-Stack Developer

We are looking for an experienced full-stack developer to help build and improve secure, customer-facing web applications. In this role, you will contribute to both frontend and backend work across a modern web stack, delivering reliable features that support administrative, access, and account-management workflows. You will collaborate with product and engineering teammates to clarify requirements early, reduce ambiguity, and keep delivery focused on the right outcomes. The work includes designing, building, testing, deploying, and maintaining services and user interfaces, as well as investigating and resolving complex issues reported by users. You will also help improve usability, performance, and overall product quality through code reviews, planning discussions, and team retrospectives. Clear communication is important, especially when technical decisions may affect architecture, security, or scope. The ideal candidate has several years of experience building web applications across both frontend and backend layers. Strong knowledge of C#, modern .NET, APIs, web application patterns, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and a common SPA framework is expected, along with familiarity with databases, data access patterns, and testing practices. Experience working in an agile environment is valuable. We are also looking for someone who uses AI tools thoughtfully to work efficiently while still validating results carefully. A collaborative mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a desire to build polished user experiences are essential.
