Front End and Bakery Manager

We are seeking an experienced retail leader to oversee front end and bakery operations in a busy store environment. This hands-on position is responsible for supporting daily workflow, leading a team, and helping ensure a consistently positive customer experience. The successful candidate will guide staff, maintain service standards, and help keep operations running smoothly across customer service, cash handling, and bakery-related areas. Key responsibilities include supervising and coaching team members, coordinating schedules and daily priorities, and supporting hiring, training, and performance development. You will help resolve customer concerns professionally, monitor checkout performance, and step in to support registers and cash office tasks as needed. The role also involves maintaining strong controls around cash accuracy, access approvals, and transaction processes. In the bakery and front end areas, you will help ensure product quality, proper rotation, cleanliness, organization, and compliance with food safety and workplace safety practices. You will also assist with inventory counts, support special store activities, and work closely with store leadership to address operational issues and improve efficiency, productivity, and service levels.
