Foreman

We are seeking a Foreman to oversee operations in a Service Centre focused on transportation maintenance. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe, high-quality, and timely repairs while also dedicating time to hands-on equipment repair. Key responsibilities include supervising a team of technicians, assigning work, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and maintaining a safe work environment. The Foreman will monitor technician performance, facilitate problem-solving to enhance efficiency, and provide mentorship and coaching. The role requires a proactive approach to managing workflow, including opening and closing the Service Centre, preparing handoff information, and monitoring job progress to prevent delays. Candidates should possess a Grade 12 education or equivalent, along with trade training and a valid Truck and Transport License. Experience in truck maintenance and team supervision is essential.
