Food and Beverage Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Operations Manager to oversee daily service delivery and support the smooth running of a hospitality outlet. This role is responsible for maintaining service quality, ensuring team compliance with operational procedures, and helping the business meet budgetary, legal, and service expectations. The ideal candidate will have either a high school diploma with several years of relevant experience in food service, hospitality, or a related field, or a two-year degree in a hospitality, business, or food service discipline with some related experience. You should be comfortable leading shift teams, coordinating supplies and cleaning resources, monitoring equipment, and making sure staffing levels support both customer needs and financial goals. Key responsibilities include supporting routine inspections, coaching team members, addressing service issues, and promoting a positive, collaborative workplace. You will help set goals, organize priorities, review performance, and step into frontline duties when needed. Strong communication skills are important, as the role involves working closely with staff and supervisors and sharing information clearly and professionally. This position also requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction, with the ability to respond to concerns, encourage service recovery, and uphold a high standard of guest experience. Familiarity with budgets, operating reports, and payroll-related information is also useful.
