Fluid Management Advisor

We are seeking an experienced fluid management professional to support field operations for energy sector clients in Western Canada. In this full-time role, you will coordinate service activities, provide operational guidance to customers, and help ensure work is executed efficiently in the field. The position requires strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills, along with a solid background in supervising field work or managing dispatch operations. You will work with a range of internal and external stakeholders to keep fluid-related services aligned with client needs and project schedules. This role is suited to someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, solving operational issues, and supporting day-to-day service delivery using modern digital tools. Candidates should have 5 to 8+ years of relevant experience. The position is based in a field-focused setting in Alberta with travel-in/travel-out arrangements. Compensation is in the range of $50 to $60 per hour. The preferred start date is December 1, 2026.
