This leadership role is responsible for overseeing fleet strategy and day-to-day performance across multiple locations. The position focuses on improving how vehicles and related assets are used, maintained, and replaced over time, while supporting operational efficiency and cost control.
The ideal candidate brings roughly 8 to 10 years of experience in fleet or transportation operations, along with a strong background in planning, asset management, and financial analysis. Key responsibilities include developing practical fleet plans, tracking performance metrics, identifying opportunities to improve utilization, and helping guide decisions related to asset replacement and long-term investment.
This role works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure fleet resources support business needs in a reliable and cost-effective way. The position requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical ability, and the confidence to lead across a multi-site environment. A hybrid work arrangement is available.
