Financial Controller

We are seeking a Financial Controller to join a dynamic and high-growth organization. A significant aspect of this role involves managing the financial aspects of a robust marketing and advertising operation, which is critical to the organization's expansion. Key responsibilities include leading the month-end close process, reporting, and developing your team by setting clear expectations and fostering a culture of accountability. You will partner closely with senior leadership to align accounting methods and cash flow strategies across regions. Candidates should possess a CPA designation and have 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience in accounting and finance, with a strong understanding of cross-border compliance and multi-entity operations. A proven ability to build processes and systems, along with experience in team development, is essential.
