Financial Controller

A growing organization in the property services sector is looking for an experienced Financial Controller to join its finance team in a hybrid setting. This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting activity, preparing financial reports, and supporting accurate month-end and year-end processes. The role also involves reviewing financial information, analyzing results, and helping ensure strong internal controls and reliable reporting. You will manage full-cycle accounting responsibilities and provide oversight to one direct report. In addition, you will collaborate with leadership on financial planning, operational support, and process improvements. The ideal candidate brings a solid background in accounting and reporting, along with demonstrated experience leading or supervising others. This opportunity is well suited to someone with at least six years of relevant experience who is comfortable working in a hands-on role with both operational and analytical responsibilities. A competitive annual salary in the range of $100,000 to $125,000 is offered, along with a flexible hybrid work arrangement and standard benefits.
