Finance Specialist - Hybrid

Role Overview: We are seeking a Finance Specialist to provide financial analysis support, including financial modeling, data analytics, and strategy formulation, primarily for Sales organizations. This role will involve working on high-visibility projects with exposure to senior leadership, allowing you to see the meaningful impact of your work. The position supports deal negotiations across various regions, ensuring alignment with the company's go-to-market strategy and assisting management in informed decision-making regarding new and existing business opportunities. Responsibilities include conducting financial analyses, scenario planning, and preparing cash flow and P&L financials. You will also maintain due diligence and corporate governance related to partnerships and ensure financial discipline across all opportunities. This is a hybrid position requiring occasional onsite presence. About you: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in deal modeling, with strong skills in preparing cash flow and P&L financials. Proficiency in Japanese, both written and verbal, is essential. Experience supporting Sales teams and deal negotiations is advantageous. A BA/BS/BBA degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred; an MBA is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to build relationships across teams, and a proactive problem-solving approach are critical.
