Finance Manager

Location: Hybrid. Hiring Salary Range: $90,000 - $105,000. We are seeking a Finance Manager to play a pivotal role in the financial leadership of our organization. This position reports directly to the CEO and involves both strategic planning and hands-on financial management. Key Responsibilities include developing and implementing financial strategies and policies to drive growth and profitability. You will lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives while collaborating with department leaders to monitor spending and provide financial performance updates. Conducting financial analysis and variance analysis will be essential to identify areas for improvement. You will oversee the preparation of accurate financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital, optimizing capital structure and monitoring financial risks. As a leader, you will determine the structure of the finance organization, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. You will also manage the accounts receivable cycle and partner with external resources for payroll and other financial functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
