Finance Manager

We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our team in a full-time, permanent role. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, reporting, cost control, and business performance within our manufacturing operations. This position will report directly to the Executive General Manager and will serve as a strategic business partner to various departments, delivering actionable financial insights to support profitable growth and informed decision-making. Key responsibilities include partnering with leadership to support strategic initiatives, providing financial analysis to improve profitability and cash flow, and developing financial models and forecasts. The Finance Manager will also lead the implementation and enhancement of finance systems, ensuring process efficiency and data integrity. In addition, the role will involve leading financial close processes, preparing financial statements and management reports, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and coordinating external audits. The Finance Manager will oversee manufacturing cost accounting, analyze variances, and collaborate with operations to identify cost-saving opportunities. The ideal candidate will have experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance management, with a focus on delivering actionable recommendations based on financial performance analysis. A competitive salary range of CA$90,000.00 – 110,000.00 is offered, along with a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters career growth.
