Finance and Accounting Manager

We are seeking an experienced Finance and Accounting Manager to support the financial operations of a growing production-based business. This full-time, on-site position is responsible for day-to-day accounting activities as well as broader financial planning and analysis. The role includes managing accounts payable and receivable, overseeing payroll, preparing periodic financial statements, tracking cash flow, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting. You will also help ensure accounting records are accurate and compliant, collaborate with leadership on planning and decision-making, and provide insights into financial performance. Additional duties include reviewing costs, monitoring key financial trends, and coordinating with external professionals during year-end processes and reporting. The successful candidate will bring several years of relevant accounting or finance experience, strong skills with common accounting and spreadsheet software, and a solid grasp of financial reporting and analysis. Experience in a manufacturing, food, or similarly operational environment is considered an advantage. Professional accounting designation or progress toward one is preferred, but not essential.
