Finance and Accounting Manager

We are seeking an experienced Finance and Accounting Manager to lead core financial operations for a growing food production business. This full-time, on-site position is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities and supporting business planning with accurate financial insight. The role includes overseeing accounts payable and receivable, preparing budgets and forecasts, running payroll, and producing regular financial statements. You will also monitor cash flow, review operating results, and help ensure compliance with applicable financial and tax requirements. In addition, you will work with outside accounting professionals during year-end close and support leadership with information needed for decision-making. The successful candidate will bring at least five years of experience in accounting or finance, along with solid knowledge of financial reporting, cost analysis, and general bookkeeping processes. Strong spreadsheet skills and experience with common accounting and payroll systems are important. Background in the food manufacturing or related sector is considered an advantage. Professional accounting designation, or progress toward one, is preferred but not mandatory.
