Finance and Accounting Manager

Finance and Accounting Manager A full-time, in-person Finance and Accounting Manager is needed to oversee day-to-day financial operations for a growing business. The role includes budgeting, forecasting, payroll, financial reporting, cash flow monitoring, compliance, and supporting strategic planning with leadership. Key responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing monthly financial statements, tracking performance metrics, analyzing costs, and coordinating with external accountants during year-end close. The successful candidate will also help maintain accurate records and support ongoing financial controls and reporting processes. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with strong skills in financial reporting, cost analysis, and general accounting operations. Proficiency with accounting software, spreadsheets, and payroll systems is required. Experience in the food, retail, or manufacturing sectors is considered an asset. A CPA designation, or progress toward one, is preferred but not required. This position is suited to someone detail-oriented, organized, and able to work closely with management in a hands-on financial role.
