Finance and Accounting Manager

We are seeking an experienced Finance and Accounting Manager to oversee core accounting and finance functions for a growing organization. This full-time, on-site position is responsible for managing day-to-day financial activities and supporting business planning with accurate reporting and analysis. Key duties include handling accounts payable and receivable, coordinating payroll, preparing monthly financial statements, tracking cash flow, supporting budgets and forecasts, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial requirements. You will also review performance data, help assess operating results, and work with external accounting professionals during year-end close and tax-related activities. The right candidate will bring at least five years of experience in accounting or finance, along with strong skills in financial reporting, cost review, and general ledger management. Proficiency with common accounting software, spreadsheets, and payroll systems is expected. Experience in a manufacturing, food, or similar operational environment is considered an advantage. A professional accounting designation, or progress toward one, is preferred but not mandatory.
