Finance and Accounting Manager

We are seeking a Finance and Accounting Manager to support the financial operations of a growing business in the manufacturing and food sector. This full-time, on-site position is responsible for overseeing core accounting activities and helping guide budgeting and planning efforts. The role includes managing accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, cash flow oversight, monthly reporting, and compliance-related tasks. You will also contribute to forecasting, review financial results, and support leadership with information needed for day-to-day decisions and longer-term planning. Additional duties include maintaining accurate records, assisting with cost analysis, preparing year-end materials, and coordinating with outside accounting professionals as needed. The successful candidate will bring several years of relevant accounting or finance experience, strong spreadsheet skills, and familiarity with common accounting and payroll systems. A solid understanding of financial reporting, controls, and operational accounting is important. Experience in a production or food-related environment would be an advantage. Professional accounting designation, or progress toward one, is preferred but not essential.
