Finance and Accounting Manager

We are seeking a Finance and Accounting Manager to lead core financial operations for a growing manufacturing business. This full-time, on-site role is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities and providing reliable financial insight to support business decisions. The successful candidate will oversee budgeting and forecasting, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, cash management, and routine financial reporting. You will help maintain accurate books, monitor operating performance, prepare monthly statements, and ensure compliance with relevant financial requirements. The role also involves partnering with leadership on planning and reviewing results, as well as coordinating with external accounting professionals during year-end close and tax-related activities. We are looking for someone with at least five years of experience in accounting or finance, along with strong skills in spreadsheet analysis, accounting software, and payroll systems. A solid grasp of financial statements, cost analysis, and internal controls is important. Prior experience in a food, production, or similar operating environment is an advantage. Professional accounting designation progress is preferred but not mandatory.
