Finance and Accounting Manager

This is a full-time hybrid leadership opportunity for an experienced accounting professional who wants to combine hands-on financial management with broader business impact. In this role, you will oversee core accounting activities while also helping leaders interpret financial information and make informed decisions. You will manage a small finance team and stay directly involved in day-to-day operations such as accounts payable and receivable, payroll, reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, and financial reporting. You will also support month-end and year-end close, audits, tax-related activities, and ongoing compliance requirements. A key part of the role is monitoring cash position, working capital, and overall financial performance. Beyond core accounting duties, you will help with budgeting, forecasting, profitability review, and performance reporting. You will work with internal leaders to understand business results, identify trends and risks, and turn financial data into practical insights. You will also look for ways to improve processes, strengthen controls, and make reporting more useful for decision-making. The ideal candidate brings solid accounting experience, a collaborative leadership style, and a strong interest in continuous improvement. Comfort with financial systems, spreadsheets, and clear communication is important, along with the ability to explain financial matters to non-financial colleagues.
