The Filtration Services Manager is responsible for leading a services team that travels across North America to service and repair filtration systems. This role involves managing schedules, resources, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards while supporting customer satisfaction and operational excellence. The manager will promote workplace safety and drive continuous improvement across all service activities.
Key responsibilities include developing long-term strategic plans to enhance service volume and crew availability, collaborating with sales teams to create preventative maintenance programs, and overseeing service jobs in partnership with client representatives. The manager will also coordinate labor resources, maintain company fleet and machinery, and ensure all equipment is operational for service tasks. Performance management of on-site staff to uphold quality standards is essential, as is partnering with Human Resources for personnel matters.
Candidates should possess a degree in Mechanical or Facilities Management or related fields, with a preference for those with 10+ years of experience in a maintenance leadership role, particularly in the Industrial Filtration or Industrial Hygiene sectors. A strong understanding of workplace safety regulations is required. Flexibility for travel and a valid driver's license are necessary. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.
