Field Canvassing Team Lead

This role leads a local field canvassing team focused on generating customer interest and qualified sales opportunities in targeted neighborhoods. The successful candidate will recruit, train, coach, and support canvassers while helping organize daily coverage plans, including evening and weekend schedules as needed. Key responsibilities include overseeing territory activity, setting expectations for performance, and building accountability around lead-generation goals. The position also involves coordinating with internal operations partners, supporting compliance with local permit and ordinance requirements, and monitoring activity metrics to assess results and improve territory performance. A strong focus on communication, planning, and team development is essential. The ideal candidate has prior management experience in field canvassing, direct-to-consumer marketing, sales, or customer-facing lead generation. Experience hiring and onboarding field or promotional staff is preferred. Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions and be available for flexible hours.
