Facility Operator

A full-time Facility Operator is needed for an agricultural supply site in Alberta. This role supports daily plant operations and helps ensure products are handled, stored, and prepared safely and efficiently. The position is suited to someone who is dependable, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with equipment and bulk materials. Key responsibilities include assisting with loading and unloading, monitoring inventory, preparing customer orders, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and following safety procedures at all times. The operator may also help with basic equipment checks, general site upkeep, and other day-to-day tasks that keep the facility running smoothly. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn. Experience in agricultural, industrial, warehouse, or similar operations is an asset, but not required. A valid driver’s license and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are important. Competitive compensation and benefits may be offered.
