We are seeking a Facilities and Projects Coordinator to support day-to-day building operations and assist with capital project coordination. This role works closely with internal stakeholders and external contractors to help keep facilities running smoothly, track project activities, and support timely completion of maintenance and improvement work.
Key responsibilities include coordinating service requests, helping organize repair and renovation projects, maintaining records and documentation, following up on schedules and deliverables, and supporting communication between vendors, managers, and other teams. The position also involves monitoring ongoing facilities needs, assisting with budget-related tracking, and helping ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
The ideal candidate has experience in facilities administration, project support, or a related coordination role. Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills are important, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional environment. Familiarity with standard office tools and a collaborative, service-oriented approach are also valued.
This position offers a competitive salary in the mid-$50,000s to mid-$60,000s and is based in Ottawa with a hybrid work arrangement.
