We are seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support the upkeep and day-to-day operation of multiple residential properties. In this role, you will help ensure buildings remain safe, functional, and well maintained for residents and staff. Responsibilities include coordinating routine maintenance, tracking repair requests, working with vendors and service providers, and helping to monitor building systems and common areas. You may also assist with inspections, preventive maintenance planning, work order follow-up, and record keeping related to property operations.
The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable juggling several priorities at once. Strong communication skills are important, as you will regularly interact with contractors, colleagues, and residents. Experience in facilities, property, or maintenance coordination is an asset, along with basic knowledge of building operations and a practical approach to problem-solving. Proficiency with common office tools and the ability to maintain accurate records are also useful.
