Expert Technique de Production

We are seeking a Production Technical Expert to join our team near Lévis. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting daily production and repair operations while actively contributing to the technological advancement of our processes. You will be involved in improving manufacturing systems, optimizing processes, and enhancing production capacity. Collaborating with a strong multidisciplinary team, you will work across various operational levels, from IT systems to production methods and equipment. Key responsibilities include serving as a technical reference for production operations, actively participating in complex problem-solving related to equipment, software, automation, and materials, and supporting production and repair teams with calibration processes. You will also contribute to the implementation of new technologies and software, collaborate with internal departments during major changes or projects, and maintain expertise in device and equipment calibration while ensuring compliance with applicable ISO standards. Ideal candidates will have significant manufacturing experience (5+ years) and a university degree in physics, electronics, mechanics, or a related field. Strong computer skills, familiarity with ERP systems, and knowledge of Lean concepts are essential. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with strong interpersonal skills, are required. Bilingualism in French and English is necessary for internal communication.
