We are seeking an experienced executive leader to oversee the full operations of a senior living community in Montreal. This role is suited to someone who enjoys leading teams, improving resident experience, managing building operations, and supporting strong financial results. Candidates with experience in retirement living are preferred, but backgrounds in property management, hospitality, facilities, healthcare operations, or multi-site residential settings will also be considered. In this position, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the residence. That includes resident services, dining, recreation, housekeeping, maintenance, administration, compliance, occupancy, and budget management. You will also act as the main point of contact for residents, families, staff, and external partners, helping ensure a safe, welcoming, and well-run environment. Key responsibilities include supervising day-to-day operations, maintaining the building and equipment, managing repairs and capital work, and overseeing outside service providers. You will lead and support managers and staff, promote a positive workplace culture, and help with recruitment, training, and performance management. Financial duties include budget oversight, expense control, and regular reporting. You will also support occupancy goals, community relationships, and regulatory compliance, including health, safety, and emergency preparedness requirements. A minimum of five years of progressive leadership experience is required. Bilingual French and English is preferred. Compensation includes a base salary, bonus, and benefits.
