This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to support senior leadership while gaining exposure to a variety of business functions. The role involves providing critical assistance to the President, contributing to business operations, communications, marketing initiatives, strategic projects, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include managing the President’s calendar and travel arrangements, coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and correspondence, and maintaining confidentiality. The role also involves supporting strategic initiatives, tracking project milestones, and utilizing technology to enhance efficiency. Additionally, the candidate will coordinate social media activities, assist with content creation, liaise with external marketing agencies, and support event planning.
Qualifications include a minimum of 3 years of experience supporting a C-level executive, post-secondary education in a relevant field, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience in marketing, communications, and familiarity with AI productivity tools is desirable.
The position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $80,000, an annual bonus opportunity, comprehensive benefits, and the chance to work in a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth and impact.
