We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to support senior leadership and help keep day-to-day office operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate will bring a background in business administration, communications, or a related area, along with several years of experience in an executive support or similar administrative role.
This position involves managing busy schedules, coordinating travel, handling sensitive information with care, and serving as a reliable point of contact for internal priorities. Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple tasks at once are essential. The right person will be comfortable learning new systems and adapting to changing needs.
A solid working knowledge of common office software and productivity tools is expected, along with excellent written and spoken English. Basic familiarity with accounting and bookkeeping tasks is also important, including supporting invoices, expenses, payroll-related processing, and routine budget tracking. Discretion, professionalism, and a proactive approach are key to success in this role.
