We are seeking an Executive Assistant / Office Manager with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, communications, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar administrative role supporting senior leadership.
This role requires experience managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, and confidential information with a high level of professionalism and discretion. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools is essential, along with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
The successful candidate should be adaptable, eager to learn new skills, and able to take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal English communication skills are required.
Experience or training in basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks is preferred, including invoice processing, expense processing, payroll support, and budget monitoring. The role suits someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative and operational responsibilities.
