This position involves managing busy calendars, coordinating travel, handling sensitive information with care, and providing dependable day-to-day organizational support. Strong computer skills are important, including confidence with standard office software and common productivity applications. The right person will be highly organized, able to juggle multiple priorities, and comfortable adapting to changing needs and new responsibilities. Excellent written and spoken English is required, along with a professional and discreet approach. This role also includes exposure to basic finance-related tasks such as processing invoices and expenses, assisting with payroll-related administration, and helping monitor budgets.
