We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to support senior leadership and help keep day-to-day office operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate brings a background in business administration, communications, or a related area, along with several years of experience in a similar support role.
This position involves managing busy calendars, coordinating travel, handling sensitive information with care, and providing dependable organizational support across a variety of tasks. Strong computer skills are important, including confidence with common office software and other productivity tools used for scheduling, documents, presentations, and email.
We are looking for someone who is highly organized, able to juggle multiple priorities, and comfortable adapting to changing needs. Clear written and verbal communication skills in English are essential, as is a professional, discreet approach when working with confidential matters.
The role also includes light office administration and exposure to basic financial tasks such as processing invoices and expenses, assisting with payroll-related activities, and monitoring budgets. A willingness to learn, take on new responsibilities, and contribute positively to the team is key.
