This permanent full-time administrative role is suited to someone with about 1 to 2 years of relevant experience and post-secondary education. The position involves supporting senior staff with day-to-day coordination, including organizing schedules, preparing reports and documents, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, and assisting with meetings and events. The successful candidate will also help maintain accurate records, gather and summarize information for executive review, and communicate with both internal teams and outside contacts as needed.
Strong organizational ability, careful attention to detail, and clear written communication are important for success in this role. A professional, adaptable approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy office setting are also expected. The schedule is typically 35 to 40 hours per week.
