This is a full-time permanent administrative role suited to someone with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience and a college-level education. The position typically involves 35 to 40 hours per week.
The successful candidate will support senior leadership by organizing information, preparing reports and other documents, coordinating calendars, meetings, and events, and handling day-to-day correspondence. The role also includes communicating with internal teams and outside contacts, keeping records organized, and helping ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
