Execution Specialist, Meat & Seafood

We are seeking an Execution Specialist for the Meat and Seafood categories to enhance department performance. In this role, you will lead and coach store management teams to achieve targets while collaborating with operations and retail leaders to implement best practices and ensure consistency across locations. Your expertise will be vital in optimizing execution standards, improving customer experience, and fostering employee engagement. Key responsibilities include driving performance based on priorities set by leadership, articulating key performance indicators (KPIs) to management, and assisting in the development of action plans and budgets. You will also address inquiries from store management regarding sales techniques and cost controls, as well as collaborate on industry-leading department standards. Regular communication of department priorities and best practices to retail management and operations will be essential. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a store department, with a strong ability to coach and develop managers. A valid driver’s license is required, along with in-depth knowledge of retail operations and merchandising standards. Strong financial acumen and strategic thinking skills are necessary for driving meaningful change.
