Events Manager

We are seeking an experienced Events Manager to oversee a full portfolio of customer, industry, and regional events. This role is responsible for planning and delivering high-quality experiences that support marketing, sales, and customer engagement goals. You will manage each event from early planning through final follow-up, making sure every detail is handled professionally, on schedule, and within budget. Key responsibilities include leading the end-to-end coordination of a major annual customer event, including venue sourcing, vendor management, contract review, logistics, catering, audio-visual support, and on-site execution. You will also oversee participation in large trade shows, managing booth planning, freight, setup, teardown, registration, housing, and exhibitor service needs. In addition, you will support a range of smaller local and regional events for the sales team, maintaining timelines, communicating deadlines, and ensuring materials and staffing are ready. The role also involves evaluating sponsorship opportunities, negotiating package terms, tracking deliverables, and reporting results to internal stakeholders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners, manage event budgets, coordinate promotional materials and branded items, and gather post-event feedback to improve future programs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with trade shows, customer events, and budget management is strongly preferred.
