Equipment Project Manager - PL#22895

We are seeking an Equipment Project Manager to lead and support capital equipment projects within a mining or heavy industrial environment. This role is responsible for managing projects through the full lifecycle, from concept and planning to execution and close-out, with a focus on safe, efficient, and successful delivery. Key responsibilities include coordinating planning and execution activities, managing scope, budget, schedule, quality, safety, and environmental requirements, and maintaining strong productivity and compliance with industry standards. You will work closely with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders, while also identifying resource needs, preparing project status updates for management, and managing risks with appropriate mitigation plans. A strong commitment to safety and consistent project delivery is essential. Travel may be required to site locations during execution phases. Qualifications include experience managing mining or heavy industrial projects through all stages of delivery, along with 10+ years of combined experience in mobile equipment, project management, or related mining/industrial roles. Experience with equipment rebuilds, maintenance, or manufacturing projects is an asset. Underground mining experience is required. Both engineering/technologist and trades backgrounds will be considered. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including MS Project, is required; SAP and PMP certification are assets.
