Enterprise Implementation Manager

We are seeking an experienced implementation leader to own onboarding for major client accounts in a fast-moving software environment. In this role, you will guide customers from initial discovery through launch, coordinating timelines, expectations, and deliverables across internal teams and external stakeholders. You will work closely with business and technical contacts to define project scope, data needs, and measures of success, while keeping deployments organized and on track. A strong candidate is highly customer-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable bringing structure to complex projects. You should be able to collaborate across product, engineering, client success, and sales teams to deliver a smooth rollout and support long-term adoption. Responsibilities include preparing project plans, managing stakeholder communication, confirming data connections and required integrations, and supporting testing and quality checks before go-live. You will also review system outputs for accuracy and business fit, using your judgment where automated results need human validation. This role suits someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and working with a sense of urgency in a dynamic environment. Some travel may be required.
