Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a technical team supporting industrial gas operations. This role is responsible for guiding engineering projects from concept through implementation, improving processes, and ensuring solutions meet operational, safety, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical judgment with people leadership skills. You will help prioritize project work, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and support continuous improvement across systems and workflows. Responsibilities include overseeing technical deliverables, reviewing designs and specifications, managing project timelines, and mentoring engineers to strengthen performance and team capability. This position requires hands-on experience in engineering project management, along with the ability to solve complex problems, communicate effectively, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. A background in manufacturing, industrial equipment, process operations, or related technical fields is preferred.
