Engineering Lead

We are seeking an Engineering Lead to support manufacturing operations in an onsite role. This position requires strong experience in quality systems, manufacturing processes, and SOP development, along with the ability to lead technical initiatives and improve operational performance. The Engineering Lead will oversee engineering activities related to production support, process improvement, documentation, and cross-functional problem-solving. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining standard operating procedures, supporting quality and compliance efforts, evaluating manufacturing workflows, and working closely with operations and other internal teams to resolve issues and drive efficiency. The role may also involve contributing to continuous improvement efforts and helping ensure consistent product and process quality. Qualified candidates should have 5–10+ years of relevant experience in engineering, manufacturing, or operations support. A strong understanding of quality systems and manufacturing environments is essential, along with the ability to communicate clearly, manage priorities, and lead projects effectively.
