Engineering and Maintenance Manager

Engineering and Maintenance Manager needed for an onsite manufacturing role in British Columbia to lead facility operations and support equipment reliability. This position is responsible for overseeing maintenance programs, coordinating capital and improvement projects, and helping drive continuous improvement across the site. The successful candidate will provide leadership to maintenance activities, support preventive and corrective maintenance planning, and work closely with operations to reduce downtime and improve performance. Strong experience with maintenance management systems is important, along with the ability to organize priorities, manage projects, and lead teams effectively. Qualifications include at least 7 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong leadership skills and hands-on knowledge of maintenance practices are required.
