Electronics Technician

We are seeking an Electronics Technician to join our rapidly growing team in the ag-tech sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics troubleshooting and be resourceful in diagnosing hardware failures. This role involves analyzing data to enhance product quality and performance. Key responsibilities include analyzing field returns to identify failure causes, documenting issues in quality control applications, disassembling returned units for component reuse, and managing inventory systems. The technician will also develop and build test fixtures, perform tests on prototypes, and maintain training programs related to ESD mitigation. Candidates should possess an Electronics Technologist Diploma or an Electronics Engineering Degree, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in hand soldering small SMD components, using multimeters and power supplies, and interpreting schematics is essential. Experience with oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and electronic circuit board manufacturing is also required.
