Electrical Engineering Manager

We are seeking an Electrical Engineering Manager to lead a team focused on the design and delivery of next-generation electronic products. This role combines technical depth with people leadership, helping guide product strategy while keeping engineering work aligned with business priorities and development timelines. The successful candidate will oversee electrical design work across the full product lifecycle, including concept development, simulation, prototyping, testing, validation, and release to production. You will work closely with internal teams such as manufacturing, supply chain, sales, and marketing to ensure designs are practical, efficient, and ready for scale. A key part of the role is improving quality, reliability, and manufacturability while supporting timely execution of the product roadmap. You will also mentor engineers, encourage strong technical standards, and review important documentation such as schematics, bills of materials, test results, and manufacturing records. The position calls for someone who can balance hands-on problem solving with broader planning and team management. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in electrical engineering, along with previous leadership responsibility in a product development environment. Familiarity with modern design tools, manufacturing processes, and cross-functional project coordination is important. Experience in high-performance electronic products is considered an asset.
