Education Specialist

We are seeking an experienced education professional to support curriculum delivery and instructional quality across a network of partner schools in an international setting. This role works closely with school leaders and teaching teams to help ensure consistent academic standards, effective classroom practice, and ongoing improvement. The position involves providing guidance on curriculum implementation, assessment, course planning, and quality assurance activities. You will review educator qualifications and professional learning plans, offer constructive feedback, and help schools strengthen teaching and learning outcomes. Building positive relationships with a range of stakeholders is essential, as is the ability to work respectfully across different cultures and educational contexts. Applicants should hold a Bachelor of Education, with graduate study in education, leadership, or a related field considered an asset. A strong background in K-12 education is required, along with experience in instructional leadership, school administration, curriculum support, or similar roles. Experience with school review, accreditation, evaluation, or quality assurance processes would be beneficial. Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are important. The successful candidate must be able to work both independently and collaboratively, provide professional coaching, and travel internationally as needed. Excellent English skills are required, and additional languages are an advantage.
